1. Common Issues & Fixes

I paid but don’t have access

If you’ve purchased Thrift Premium but features are still locked:

    1    Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID used for purchase

    2    Fully close and reopen the app

    3    Go to Settings → Restore Purchases

    4    Check your subscription in Apple Settings → Subscriptions

If the issue continues, contact support below.

No stores are showing near me

Scout requires location access to work correctly.

Fix:

    1    Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services

    2    Find Thrift

    3    Tap Allow While Using App

App is slow or freezing

    1    Update Thrift from the App Store

    2    Ensure you have a stable internet connection

    3    Restart your device

2. Manage Your Subscription

Apple manages all subscriptions directly.

To manage or cancel:

    1    Open Settings on iPhone

    2    Tap your Apple ID

    3    Tap Subscriptions

    4    Select Thrift

    5    Choose manage or cancel
